Start with boyoz and tea in Kemeraltı. The bazaar tightens toward noon; walking to Agora, the historic core, in the late morning is easier. Agora is open air; in rain, park a small indoor stop (a museum or a café) beside it. Leave the evening for Kordon. The waterfront is walkable at sunset; stacking Alsancak’s bar street on the same hour stretches the day and delays dinner.
